Ali Uçucu graduated in 2019 from Bartın University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Management Information Systems. In 2020, he began his Master’s studies at Gazi University, Department of Management Information Systems and completed his thesis in 2022, titled “Predicting the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Quality of Life Using Artificial Neural Networks: The 2020 Period.” He has since started his Ph.D. studies in the same department. Research Assistant Ali Uçucu also serves as an Assistant Specialist at the Entrepreneurship and Leadership Application and Research Center.
