About the Erasmus Study Mobility Recognition (Equivalence) Process

As a result of the reviews conducted within the scope of the monitoring and evaluation activities carried out by the Turkish National Agency, the following application will be adopted regarding the recognition process for our students who have completed Erasmus study mobility:

Students who have completed their Erasmus study mobility must submit the following to the Erasmus Office:

1. The transcript (grade report) document obtained from the host institution,
2. The final recognition (academic recognition) form prepared in accordance with the Learning Agreement,
3. Without signatures. 

• The submitted recognition form will be processed by the Erasmus Office through the relevant Department Erasmus Coordinator and then the Faculty Erasmus Coordinator, with wet signatures completed in sequence.
• The signed final recognition form and transcript document will be officially submitted to the Department Secretariat by the Erasmus Office in the final stage.

Important Note:

• This process should be carried out automatically without the student having to apply to any academic or administrative staff for additional approval or persuasion.
• The correct and timely execution of this process is extremely important to ensure that students do not suffer any disadvantages during the recognition phase.
