Students wishing to take the make-up exams for the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year must complete the Make-Up Exam Request Form. To ensure the process runs smoothly, please follow the steps below:
- Form Access: You can access the relevant form by clicking here (Forms and Guideines page).
- Submission Point: Completed forms must be submitted with a wet signature to the Document Office Unit.
