Ozan GÜLHAN, Ph.D., is a faculty member in the Department of Management Information Systems at OSTİM Technical University. He has participated in the management and organization of various projects conducted by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank on behalf of the public sector. He has also served on committees related to the regulation of the financial sector within the framework of international standards and practices and has held senior executive positions in national and international financial institutions. Following his scholarly studies abroad under scholarship, he has taught courses and conducted seminars in finance and banking for public and private sector professionals. His research and expertise include international auditing and accounting standards, banking, risk management, the European Union, corporate governance, anti-money laundering, and combating the financing of terrorism, with numerous national and international academic publications in these areas.
