Esra Kumaş completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and earned her Ph.D. from the Department of Management Information Systems at Gazi University. She has worked as an independent external expert for institutions such as the Ministry of Development, Ministry of Interior, TÜBİTAK, and Istanbul Development Agency, serving as an evaluator on numerous projects. Her research focuses on Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, and Maturity Models. She teaches courses in Decision Support Analysis, Database Management, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Data Analysis, and Machine Learning. She is currently a faculty member in the Department of Management Information Systems at OSTİM Technical University.
