He completed his Bachelor’s degree in 2002 at Middle East Technical University (METU), Department of Computer and Instructional Technology Education. He then pursued Master’s and Ph.D. studies at METU in the fields of Science and Mathematics. He authored “Computer Hardware,” Turkey’s first official electronic textbook. He specializes in areas such as efficient use of information technology resources, reducing technology expenditures, and Internet-supported education.
